Chart Notes:

  • Frozen solid at #1 on my personal chart for the fourth consecutive week, “Cold Heart” is still beating at the top spot for Elton John and Dua Lipa. Their duet, which is featured on John’s The Lockdown Sessions compilation, should be safe at the summit for the next few weeks. Coldplay and BTS climb from 36-27 on the chart with “My Universe”, earning it the title of this week’s Biggest Mover. Three releases debut in the top 40: “Like My Father” is the highest at #34, as Jax earns her second top 40 single of 2021. Charli XCX is one notch lower with “Good Ones”, off to a fairly good start at #35. Finally, the late Whitney Houston debuts at #40 with a new remix of 1986’s “How Will I Know”, reimagined by Clean Bandit. The original song spent two weeks at #1 on the CHR radio chart.
