NEW MUSIC FRIDAY: Releases For The Week of September 14, 2018

Pretty solid effort.

Don’t cry! It’s another fabulous Friday with plenty of goodies hitting the market, from alternative to country to dance. These are the notable digital and physical releases landing on shelves this Friday:

CARRIE UNDERWOOD – Cry Pretty (iTunes)
Though this era has proven to be a mixed bag of results on the charts, including its title cut missing the top five at the Country radio format, Underwood should pull through and deliver a solid opening week on the Billboard 200 list. Will it be able to pass the recent #1 album by Eminem to secure the top spot? Stay tuned.

DAVID GUETTA – 7 (iTunes)
Guetta’s new set includes the radio singles “Don’t Leave Me Alone”, featuring Anne-Marie, and “Flames”, a duet with Sia, both of  which have received minor airplay at the Hot AC and Top 40 radio formats in the States. Expect this to be one of the top EDM titles on next week’s Billboard 200 list.
