Welcome to Add Lib, your Tuesday report on POP! Goes The Charts that’s mad about CHR/Top 40 adds, based on the station data provided by Mediabase 24/7 and Add Board. This week: the Top 40 panel taps Saweetie for a nice start at the format, but did she land atop the adds report? Let’s add ’em up:
WHAT’S ON “TAP”: During a slow week at the format, Saweetie’s “Tap In” narrowly made it across the finish line to be the Most Added song at the Top 40 format, impacting with 27 stations. In second place, newcomer Zoe Wees put up another 21 stations for “Control”, while Billie Eilish finished in third with 20 more adds for “My Future”.
No other impacting titles entered the top ten.
Charting singles from Avenue Beat and Jack Harlow returned to the top ten on the adds report this week.
We’ll see you next Tuesday for another adds recap, including data on the current Country and Hot AC radio hit from Dan + Shay.
