Chart Notes:
- For the second week in a row, “Cold Heart” leads my personal chart for Elton John and Dua Lipa. The latest release from Ed Sheeran is the Biggest Mover in the countdown, as “Shivers” jumps from 36-21 and paces well ahead of other notable moves for songs from Duran Duran and Kacey Musgraves, among others. Coming in at #38, this week’s only debut is from MUNA and Phoebe Bridgers with “Silk Chiffon”. The latter artist has never previously appeared on my chart, but the trio ranked at #1 for two weeks in 2017 with “I Know A Place”.
