Chart Notes:

  • It leaped from 34-21-10-4 over the last month, but this week, “Cold Heart” hits the top spot on my personal chart for Elton John and Dua Lipa. The song is the first #1 on my list for the legendary John and the record-breaking tenth for Lipa, who knocks her own “Love Again” off the top and down to #2. Two songs tie for this week’s Biggest Mover: up ten spots, “Justified” jumps from 27-17 for Kacey Musgraves, while the reunited ABBA climbs from 40-30 with “Don’t Shut Me Down”. Four songs reach the top 40 this week, all performed by solo men: Ed Sheeran has the top new entry at #36 with “Shivers”, Troye Sivan is in at #38 with “Angel Baby”, Andy Grammer debuts at #39 with “Damn It Feels Good To Be Me” and John Mayer lands at #40 with “Wild Blue”. The four have a combined eight prior #1 hits on my chart between them: Mayer with three, Sheeran and Sivan with two and Grammer with one.
