- Miley Cyrus and Dua Lipa secure the top spot on my personal chart for a third week with “Prisoner”, as Olivia Rodrigo soars from 29-18 with “Driver’s License”, making it the Biggest Mover in the countdown. Four additional tracks moved up at least six positions. There are three solid debuts in the top 40 this week: Dayglow‘s “Close To You” is the top new entry at #36, followed just behind by Brynn Elliott‘s “Tell Me I’m Pretty” at #37 and the antithetical “I’m Not Pretty” by Jessia at #40.
