It’s time once again to analyze the airwaves and find out if your favorite new releases will be lighting up your local station’s playlist this week. Which tunes will climb to the top and which ones will hit a stop? Here are three titles impacting this week at the Top 40 format:

DAN + SHAY – “I Should Probably Go To Bed” (Warner)
Album: TBA (2020)
Past T40 History: The popular duo’s fourth crossover single is already in the top 30 on both the Country and Hot AC radio charts.

DRAKE featuring LIL DURK – “Laugh Now Cry Later” (OVO/Republic)
Album: TBA (2020)
Past T40 History: Drake should easily score his 31st top 40 hit on the pop list in the next few weeks. Lil Durk is new to the format.

MILEY CYRUS – “Midnight Sky” (RCA)
Album: TBA (2020)
Past T40 History: After a solid entry at #41 on last Sunday’s published update, this will become her 13th top 40 hit on the pop list.

Next week, the highly-anticipated new single from K-pop stars BTS will be exploding like dynamite on the Top 40 adds report.

How will these songs perform on the adds report? Let me know!
