Chart Notes:

  • Lady Gaga and Ariana Grande‘s “Rain On Me” spends an eighth big week at #1 on my personal chart, tying for the longest-running #1 song so far in 2020 with Dua Lipa‘s “Break My Heart”. Some notable climbers race up my chart, including Kygo and Tina Turner‘s “What’s Love Got To Do With It?”, which soars from 21-12 to become the week’s Biggest Mover. The pair of debuts in the countdown come from social media star and singer Dixie D’Amelio, who debuts at #38 with “Be Happy”, and indie pop group Saint Motel, who start at #39 with “Preach”. Five years ago, the latter act scored their highest-charting song on my list with the four-week #1 single “My Type”.
