RADIO REPORT: What’s Popping At Top 40 Radio This Week (November 11-12, 2019)

It’s time once again to analyze the airwaves and find out if your favorite new releases will be lighting up your local station’s playlist this week. Which tunes will climb to the top and which ones will hit a stop? Here are three titles impacting this week at the Top 40 format:

BLACK EYED PEAS x J BALVIN – “RITMO (Bad Boys For Life)” (Epic)

Past T40 History: The collaboration heavily samples from Corona’s “The Rhythm Of The Night”, which got to #8 in January 1995.

MAX featuring CHROMEO – “Checklist” (The Orchard)
Album: TBA (2019/2020)
Past T40 History: In July 2014, Chromeo earned their only chart song to date with “Jealous (I Ain’t With It)”, which reached #39.

ZEDD & KEHLANI – “Good Thing” (Interscope)
Album: TBA (2019/20)
Past T40 History: The song title has hit the top 50 on the chart three times, including a #1 for Fine Young Cannibals in June 1989.
