Chart Notes:

  • As Tones And I scores her third week at #1 on my personal chart with “Dance Monkey”, Niall Horan bolts from 32-22 with “Nice To Meet Ya”, claiming the Biggest Mover title in the process. Towards the bottom of the list, new entries from Harry Styles and Finneas come onto the survey at #37 and #38, respectively. “Lights Up” is the fourth solo appearance for Styles outside of One Direction on my chart; we’ll see if it can tie his highest-charting solo song to date, 2017’s “Sign Of The Times”, which spent a week at the top. Finneas debuts with his first top 40 song as an artist, “Shelter”, though he’s previously made the top 40 as a writer and producer for his younger sister Billie Eilish. It comes from a recent EP titled Blood Harmony, which was released last week.
