RECORD REWIND 2019: PGTC Picks, Week Thirty Four

Sunday afternoon means it’s time for the Record Rewind, highlighting the top new tracks that you might’ve missed during the work week, all from my favorite small label and independent acts out there. If it’s on the site, it’s something that you need to check out!

Across the PGTC SoundCloud page and my playlists on Spotify, these stuck out as my favorite independent songs of the week…

FINNEAS – “Shelter” (Spotify)
Previously on the Rewind: 13th appearance

Ahead of his forthcoming EP titled Blood Harmony and a solo headline tour, singer and songwriter Finneas O’Connell continues to put out good music that’s true to himself and unique from his sister’s catalog. This tune is one of his more radio-friendly cuts so far.

For more great new music, these songs are worth a listen…
DRUMAQ – “Translucent”
FRANKE – “Down For No Reason”
JOCELYN ALICE – “Sweetheart”
PEYTON LIST featuring CANNON – “Don’t Cry”
SAM CREIGHTON – “Someone Else’s Party”

Want to be featured on this weekly wrap-up? Submit your music to and I’ll check our your tunes. Thanks!
