Chart Notes:

  • Shawn Mendes‘s big hit “If I Can’t Have You” remains at #1 on my personal chart for a second week, while it continues to rise at several radio formats. Meanwhile, three new tracks make it onto the chart: the highest, checking in at #36, is an updated version of “Come Tomorrow” by the Dave Matthews Band with Brandi Carlile. Late last year, the group peaked at #6 on my list with “Again And Again”. Rob Thomas debuts at #37 with “Can’t Help Me Now”, his follow-up to “One Less Day (Dying Young)”, a recent #2 entry that’s still in the top 20. Finally, at #38, the third top 40 title from Head Above Water arrives: that’s “I Fell In Love With The Devil” by Avril Lavigne. The title track from the set earned a week at the summit late last year.
