Chart Notes:

  • As Dean Lewis remains at #1 for his fourth (and perhaps final) week with “Be Alright”, songs from Michael Bublé and Maggie Rogers, which both entered last week, tie for the Biggest Mover at ten notches each. The former’s “Love You Anymore” is up from 35-25, while the latter’s “Light On” soars from 38-28. Among this week’s debuts, first-timer Ava Max comes in at #39 with a song that’s particularly appropriate for the upcoming Halloween holiday, “Sweet But Psycho”. The track is currently charting in parts of Europe, including Norway and Sweden, and has been reactive on Spotify, topping several of the service’s Viral charts. Landing one notch lower, at #40, Ellie Goulding makes her return to my chart with “Close To Me”, which debuted on Wednesday. The track’s a collaboration with Diplo that features Swae Lee of the duo Rae Sremmurd. It’s Goulding’s eighth top 40 entry since 2011.
