Chart Notes:

  • Bleachers are back on my chart with the follow-up to “Don’t Take The Money”, which spent five weeks at the top earlier in the year. “I Miss Those Days” is this week’s Highest Debut at #38. Both songs are taken from the album Gone Now. “Don’t” is sure to be a notable contender for #1 on my year-end chart for 2017, but with four weeks left in the chart year, anything is possible! Stay tuned for more details on the schedule soon.
  • Singer Bishop Briggs makes her “Dream” a reality, as her new single enters at #39 on my newest chart. Last year, “River” went to #3 on the Alternative chart, giving the singer her biggest radio hit to date. (She’s currently rising at that format on a collaboration with the Cold War Kids titled “So Tied Up”, which is in the top 20.)
  • Finally, at #40, is The Script and “Arms Open”, the second top 40 hit from their Freedom Child album. It’s their 12th time on my chart since 2009. The previous single from their latest set, a former #2 song called “Rain”, drops to #13 this week.
