NEW MUSIC FRIDAY: Releases For The Week of September 29, 2017

Love is coming her way.

Here come the girls! As the end of September approaches, the ladies are bringing the heat with their powerful pop sets. Here are the albums and singles you need to know this week:

DEMI LOVATO – Tell Me You Love Me (iTunes)
Lovato has been all over the radio this summer and fall, including her collaboration with Cheat Codes called “No Promises”, as well as the lead single from her latest album, “Sorry Not Sorry”. A number of instant grats from the album have also done well. It should be one of the top debuts on next week’s chart, due to solid sales and streaming statistics. Will it reach #1? Stay tuned.

MILEY CYRUS – Younger Now (iTunes)
The other of the former Disney stars in the mix this week is Cyrus, who took her breezy “Malibu” into the top 20 on both the Hot AC and CHR/Top 40 charts. The title track from the release was issued as the follow-up single, but it’s since been pulled, with no word on a third single as of yet. Still, Cyrus will likely make a splash in the top five on the Billboard 200.

SHANIA TWAIN – Now (iTunes)
Twain’s first studio album in 16 years features “Life’s About To Get Good”, which is approaching the top ten on the AC chart. The set won’t come anywhere near her three Diamond-certified albums in the long run, but it’s pretty nice to have a new collection of songs from her.
