When you’re hot, you’re hot, and sometimes you’re so burning that you “make a dragon want to retire.” However, dragons of a different kind come out of a funk this time around and add fuel to the flame. Here are the albums and singles that are new in stores for the week of February 17:

  • You know them from big hits like “Demons” and “Radioactive”, as well as “I Bet My Life”, their current radio cut. Now, the fiery four fellows who call themselves Imagine Dragons spark a sizzling set of songs entitled Smoke + Mirrors. It will likely debut at #1 given the well-promoted Target campaign for the album and strong pre-order numbers. • In case you missed them over the weekend when they were released, check out rapper Drake‘s new mixtape, If You’re Reading This It’s Too Late (iTunes), as well as an EP from independent Jacob Whitesides, A Piece Of Me. (iTunes)
